Effective October 18, 2026
This policy explains how the Project Preview app for iPhone, iPad and Android ("the app"), published by Fence Geeks, handles your information. The short version: the app does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal information. Everything you create in the app stays on your device.
The app has no accounts and no sign-in. It does not include advertising, analytics or tracking tools. It does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, device identifiers or usage data, and it does not send any of your information to Fence Geeks or to third parties.
If you choose a background or design photo, or take one with your camera, the app asks for permission to use your camera or photo library. The photo you choose is copied into the app's private storage on your device so you can use it again later. Photos are never uploaded.
When you save a finished preview, the app asks for permission to add it to your photo library. It only adds images; it does not read the rest of your library.
You can delete your saved backgrounds and designs inside the app, and uninstalling the app removes everything it stored.
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies; Fence Geeks does not receive your payment details. The app only checks with the store whether your subscription is active and remembers the result on your device.
Some buttons, such as "View in store", Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, open pages on fencegeeks.com in your device's web browser. Those pages are covered by the Fence Geeks website's own policies, not by this app policy.
The app is intended for adults planning fence, gate and railing projects. It is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
If the way the app handles information changes, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
