Fully-enclosed hydraulic motors turn compressed polyurethane AdvanceDrive™ wheels that grip a rigid drive rail and produce smooth gate travel. A self-contained, 12 gauge, zinc plated steel chassis with ultra-durable (TGIC) polyester powder coat provides excellent abrasion resistance and an enduring, attractive finish.

Configure gate operation to exact user needs with the sophisticated and easy-to-use Smart Touch Controller and Smart Touch Analyze and Retrieve Tool (S.T.A.R.T.). Seamless synchronization with all HySecurity operators for dual gate, sally port or other specialized applications.

UPS backup power options and additional models:

DC Power Supply (UPS): Uninterruptible Power Supply provides a minimum of 3,000 ft (914 m) of gate travel using 24-volt DC batteries. This option assures that your gate will work when the local AC power fails.

AC Power Supply with HyInverter: The HyInverter AC Charger offers backup for operators that use AC power. VF models up to 2 hp now have the option for true Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).

Correctional Facility Model (-C): The correctional facilities model comes standard with all the software and additional control wiring needed to interface with the many options and interlocks commonly used at correctional facilities. Three high security lock options provided, plus an extra heavy 10-gauge cover for added protection.

Modular Model (-M): Modular models locate the motor, hydraulic pump, and electrical controls in a separate remote enclosure to accommodate unique mounting, high security or sites requiring a very quiet operator.
